THE NEWTON'S

We booked our cruise on the Disney Dream in March of 2010... it has been a highly anticipated trip... we have planned, and researched and organized for the last year for this trip and it did not dissapoint. Our first views of the ship as we drive up to the port and drop off our luggage. The gorgeous details all around the ship- this chandalier is the grand one in the atrium as you board the ship. The only time on the whole cruise parents and non tweens are allowed up in the Edge Tween club are the first afternoon of the cruise- after that it's tweens only.  I snapped a shot of Ashley in what she predicted would be her favorite place to hang out in the club. After our trip to Arizona and California, Rich asked me what other adventure the kids and I were going to go on this summer.  Last year I embarked on my very first kids and I trip while we left Rich at home because he didn't have vacation time left to use. We hadn't been out to Utah in two years and I had a nephew and niece that we had never seen, so we decided that the kids and I would drive out and spend some time with my family in Utah. We stopped at Rich's sister Sharon's house in Denver on our way out, and then finished the drive the next day.  The kids did great in the car and we made pretty good time.  We even took jojo out with us!
